Your learning is an ongoing professional process. At Aurecon we support your learning through a four tiered approach. Our leadership programmes begin at graduate level through to senior leadership. There are two potential programs for our senior leaders:
Leadership Development Programme
The Leadership Development Programme provides further development opportunities for our future leaders. This programme is designed to develop and enhance leadership capability through higher levels of self awareness, increased business, client and people skills by providing tools for motivating self and teams and managing for results for Aurecon and our clients.
Global Leadership Development Programme
The Global Leadership Development Programme is designed for our top performing senior leaders to further augment their leadership skills. This programme provides our most senior leaders with the latest thinking to help them shape the future direction of our business to meet the needs of our clients, potential clients and the communities we work in.
