General Manager, Development & Operations, Africa, Middle East and Americas
Paul Lombard is Aurecon’s General Manager for Development and Operations for Africa, Middle East and Americas, leading all aspects of business development and project delivery across our offices in East Africa, North Africa, West Africa, the Middle East, and the Americas.
Paul is a registered professional engineer with 27 years of experience in infrastructure planning, financing and economics, management consulting and restructuring. He has worked on projects in roughly 30 countries for a variety of donor agencies and governments.
Paul has a distinguished academic track record, including winning numerous awards and selection as a Fulbright Scholar for post-graduate study in the USA. He obtained a PhD in Urban and Transportation Engineering from Purdue University in the USA.
